1. How do I pay for my membership?
The payment is deducted automatically from a credit card or checking account every month.
2. Is the service guaranteed?
Yes, the service is guaranteed all year round.
3. How do I cancel my membership?
You submit a written request to cancel the membership 10 days prior to your billing date. If an extensive case is in progress, membership will not be cancelled.
4. What happens if you can not draft my payment?
We will notify you immediately. If no payment has been issued within 3 days of due date, membership will be cancelled. A $30 bank fee may be applied.
5. Is there a limit to the amount of consultations I can request?
No, but individual appointments must be made for more than 2 cases and extensive cases will be taken on a ‘one-at-a-time’ basis.
6. Can I use it if I live outside of California?
Yes, some variations and exceptions may be applied depending on jurisdiction, for some cases, physical presence may be required.

The House Health Reform Bill

The Senate should pay attention to the health care reform bill unveiled on Thursday by House Democratic leaders. The bill would greatly expand coverage of the uninsured while reducing budget deficits over the next decade and probably beyond. It includes a public option that is weaker than we would like, but it still deserves to be approved by the House.
